You may recover your password by clicking on the Forgot Your Password link under the login fields. On the Forgot Password page:
Just follow these simple steps to recover your password:
Step 1) Input your Company name and User Name.
Step 2) Check your email for a link to change your password. The link is active for 24 hours.
NOTE: You must have a valid email address assigned to your profile in order for this function to work. After requesting a recovery, review the email address provided on the screen in the feedback. If this email address is wrong, contact your immediate supervisor or support for help. If you do not receive an email, check your junk or spam folder for the missing message.
